Order Tracking: Can I get tracking information for my order? Shipping and tracking information for every order is sent to the email address you provided during checkout, if you chose a shipping option with tracking. Often times, this email ends up in your spam/junk box. Please check your spam, and if you don’t see an email with tracking from us, shoot us an email at email@example.com
How long will it take to get my order? Standard order fulfillment time is 2-3 business days after order. Thank you for your patience. All Vector products are carefully made in the USA and packaged by our in house personnel. We want your order to get to you safely and correctly.
How much is shipping? Shipping can only be calculated by adding the product to your cart and entering your address in the checkout. Shipping will calculate before you have to pay for your order. If you are using edock flat rate shipping, your order must ship to a physical address and not a PO box. If your order must ship to a PO box, there will be additional shipping charges necessary to be paid before we ship.
International shipment policy: Due to increasing numbers of fraudulent transactions, we only ship international shipments if paid by verified PayPal, or through approved Shop Pay. If Paypal is used, it must be verified, and the ship to address on the order must match the verified address on PayPal. If you have placed an order that will ship outside of the U.S., using a payment method other than PayPal or Shop Pay, we will send you an email stating the cancellation is in progress. Your refund will take 3-5 business days once cancelled. If your order has been cancelled because you live outside the U.S., you can re-order using verified PayPal or Shop Pay. Even though your order was processed, some countries are not available for shipment, and very frequently, insufficient shipping is charged. If we are unable to purchase a label to your destination, we will refund the order. We ship all of our orders internationally through UPS and USPS with third party insurance. We will keep a receipt of payment and shipment from UPS and USPS for each order. If your package doesn't arrive or is damaged, it may take up to 30-45 business days to resolve the issue with the insurance company. We do not send out replacement products until the issue has been resolved with the insurance company and UPS. Vector Offroad is not responsible for lost or damaged packages shipped internationally. Vector Offroad is not responsible for duty and custom fees charged by destination Country, or by the package carrier. Duties and import fees are set by the Government of the country you live in, and we have nothing to do with fees charged by carriers or destination countries. No refunds are given from Vector Offroad on lost or damaged international shipments unless the insurance carrier covers the lost/damaged product. If your item is damaged, please retain the box and take detailed pictures of the package and damaged items. Please email us all pictures and information so we can send it to the insurance company.
Do you offer Veteran/Military Discounts? Thank you for your service. We offer Veteran/Military Rebate on Vector Offroad Branded products on Memorial Day and Veterans Day (we do not offer the rebate on any other days of the year, because we simply don't have the manpower to track and follow up on all the requests we get throughout the year). We also do not offer double and triple discounts. If a product is on sale, is in a bundle and save package, or free shipping is active, we do not have the ability to discount even more. On Memorial day, and Veterans day, place your order and email us your order number, along with a legal form of military or veteran service, such as a DD214 to show proof of service (do not send illegal proof of service over email, such as a Military ID or deployment details, as we do not accept illegal forms as proof). The name on the order must match the information sent as proof of service. If the information doesn't match, we do not offer the rebate. If the name matches, we offer a refund after the order is placed. There is not a set rebate amount or percent, it varies by product.
What is your return policy? Our policy for returns is 7 days from receipt of merchandise for a refund, less shipping charges. All shipping charges are at buyer's expense. There will be a 15% Restocking Fee on all returned merchandise. Conditions for a refund are as follows: Merchandise needs to be returned unused/uninstalled with all accessories enclosed. All returns must be accompanied by a return merchandise authorization number. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for this number. After 7 days, no refunds or credit will be given. We strongly recommend insuring all packages before return shipping. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged merchandise while in return transit. Montana Armadillo Trailer Excursions are booked online through our contact form, and start at $10,000 for 7 days 6 nights. We provide the Armadillo Trailer, Itinerary, and food. An approved Offroad capable vehicle is necessary to book this experience. Our Montana address is a meeting/staging area used only for booked excursions, and by appointment only.
